IOS 14 Home Screen Customizations

In this Senior Tech Tuesday session we explored the new Home Screen Customization options that come with IOS 14, the recent software upgrade from Apple.

Highlights from the session include:

  • Jiggle Mode – doing a Long Press to put your device into Jiggle Mode.  It’s the gateway to all Home Screen customization.
  • Widgets – Information that you can place on the Home Screen.  Examples are Weather, News Headlines, Photos or Stock Market performance.
  • Smart Stack – a stack of widgets
  • App Library – a catalog of apps installed on your device.
